It's beginning to look a lot like autumn!
While this year's Indian summer in London was a welcome one, I couldn't help but be excited on Monday when it was finally time to debut my new winter coat! (It's a double-breasted camel coat, with a pink lapel, FYI!)
The nights are drawing in, the weather's getting crisper, and we're finding ourselves spending more and more time swooning over fall weddings.
And what signifies autumn, more than the beautiful sight of rusted trees and the feel of crunching leaves beneath your feet?

Whether you're planning an all-out ode to fall on your wedding day, or simply want to nod the season, autumn leaves are a chic and natural feature to incorporate the theme, without looking over-styled.
Imagine walking down the aisle along a carpet of crisp leaves, a stunning table scape with leaves scattered across the table, or pretty leaf adornments on invitations, escort cards, or favours.
Autumn leaves are a budget friendly (free!) decoration, that you can feature across your day to add an instant autumnal atmosphere and rustic look to your wedding.

Oh aren't they pretty? It makes me want to go for a walk in the park! I love small seasonal nods, rather than full themes, so much chicer!
You can collect them a few days before your wedding, and leave them by the radiator to dry, or I love the idea of spraying them gold and adding glitter too!
